Pins look wrong

"Needs a check" on a photo

In the strip of photos at the bottom of the editor, a photo marked Needs a check is one where we could not read where the camera was. Open it. The top of the page says what is missing.

Most often the file was saved out of an editing app. Upload the original from the drone instead. See Why a photo has no location.

Every pin is shifted the same way

The property pin is probably off. Go to the project page and drag the property pin so it sits on the property. Every photo is placed from that pin, so fixing it fixes them all.

One pin is off

Drag that pin to the right spot. The change applies to that photo only. See Moving, hiding and starring a pin.

Photos from one flight disagree

If the photos from a flight disagree about which way the camera faced, the page says so. Check each photo before you download.

A place is missing

It may be behind the camera or out of view. Those places are listed under the photo. Star a place to always show it when it is in view.

If the list of places is out of date, press Update nearby places on the project page. It is free.

Still wrong

Check the preview before you download. It is free. If a photo cannot be pinned properly after you pay, the credits come back. Contact support with the project name if it keeps happening.
