What has landed.
Pin the Lot is being built in the open, before launch. Each entry is dated when the work ships. Newest first. No promises about what comes next.

- The name. The product is Pin the Lot. Pinned photos, relight, property boundaries and declutter for real-estate drone photographers, priced in US dollars everywhere.
- Pricing.US$0.10 a credit. Packs from $25 to $1,000, with up to 25% extra credits on bigger packs. Credits last twelve months. You start with 25 free credits, or 50 if a partner referred you. No card.
- How pins are placed.Your drone photo already records where it was taken and which way the camera pointed. Pin the Lot uses that to work out where each nearby place sits in the photo, and how far away it is.
- No guessing.Every photo is checked before you spend a credit. If it cannot be pinned properly, the download button stays off and you are told why. Nothing is ever guessed.
- Tested every time.Every change is checked against a real drone photo, pixel for pixel, before it ships.
- What you see is what you get.The preview and the finished photo are drawn the same way, so what you approve is exactly what you download.
- The editor.Drag a pin, nudge a label, hide or star a place, and step through every photo from one flight. If a place is behind the camera, the editor says so.
- Property boundaries.Draw the boundary once. It appears on every photo of that property.
- Client pages. One private link to send the agent, with an optional PIN, downloads and your name on it. You can turn it off any time. Free.
- Teams.Owner, admin, editor, viewer and client roles. Add as many people as you like, free. Invite links are shown once and never stored in plain text.
- Credits.Prepaid credits that last twelve months. Credits are only taken when a job succeeds. Every credit in and out is listed. Card payments are built and waiting to be switched on.
- Partners.Every account has a referral link. When a studio you referred buys a pack, you get 10% of it in credits, every time, for life.
- Notifications.A bell in the app, with settings for what you want to hear about. Emails are written and ready. Nothing sends until our domain is live.
- Accessibility.Every public page is checked for accessibility problems before it ships. A contrast problem the check found was fixed the same day.

- First build day.The foundations: the pin-placing engine and its tests, a database where each studio only ever sees its own data, reading the details a DJI drone saves in each photo, and the first working path from upload to download.
- Field research. What photographers struggle with, what the alternatives cost and what the product should be, written up as the brief we build against.
