A download failed

You were not charged

Credits are held while the file is made and taken only when it is ready. If the download fails, the held credits go straight back to your wallet. You can see that in your credit history.

What to try

1. 01Press Download pinned photo again. A retry never charges twice for the same photo.
2. 02Check the top of the page. If it says Not yet or Refused, the photo cannot be pinned. See Why a photo has no location.
3. 03If your browser blocked the file, allow downloads for this site and try again.

"Not enough credits"

The download was refused before anything was made. The message says how many credits you need and how many you have. Buy a pack and try again.

"Not set up on this deployment"

File storage is not connected yet on this copy of Pin the Lot. Nothing can be saved until it is. Nothing was charged.

Too many at once

If you press download many times quickly, the page asks you to wait a moment. Nothing was charged.

The file opened but looks wrong

Downloads draw exactly what the preview shows. Fix the pins in the editor and download again. Downloading again is free.
