A wrong pin looks just like a right one. So if a photo does not have enough information to place the pins, Pin the Lot tells you what is missing and stops. It never puts a pin somewhere and hopes.
Every photo is checked before you spend a credit. If it cannot be pinned, the download button stays off. If something goes wrong after you pay, the credits come back automatically.
