The magic link did not arrive

What should happen

You type your email on the sign-in page and press Email me a magic link. An email arrives within a minute. You press the link and you are in. There is no password.

If it has not arrived

1. 01Wait a minute. Mail sometimes takes a moment.
2. 02Check the spam or junk folder.
3. 03Check the address you typed. One wrong letter and the email goes nowhere.
4. 04Ask for a new link. If you asked more than once, use the newest email.

Open it on the same device

Press the link on the device where you want to be signed in. Opening it on your phone signs in your phone, not your computer.

Company email filters

Some work mailboxes hold new senders for review. Ask whoever runs your email to allow mail from Pin the Lot.

Google instead

If your email is a Google account, press Continue with Google on the sign-in page. No email is needed.
