Do credits expire?

Credits last twelve months from the day you buy them. Buying more never shortens the older credits. Nothing resets each month.

What if a pin is wrong?

Check the preview before you download. It is free. If a photo cannot be pinned properly after you pay, the credits come back automatically.

Why US dollars?

One price for every country. Your bank converts it at its own rate. The US dollar total is shown before you pay.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy credits when you need them. Nothing is charged while you are not shooting.
