Open a photo and press Download pinned photo. The finished file is saved to your computer at the photo's full size.

The first download of a photo costs 8 credits. Every download after that is free, even if you moved pins or changed the branding in between.

From a client page

The agent presses the arrow on a photo, or Download all on a computer. Those downloads are free and do not use your credits.

What the file contains

Your photo, untouched, with the labels, lines and pins drawn on top. No watermark. No compression beyond a normal JPEG.

Credits are only taken when it works

The credits are held while the file is made and taken only when the file is ready. If anything goes wrong, they go straight back. See A download failed.

Not enough credits

If your balance is below 8 credits, the download is refused before anything is made. The message says how many you need and how many you have. Buy a pack and press download again.

Downloading many at once

Tick several photos on the project page and download them together. Each new photo is charged once. Photos you have paid for before are free again.
