What a client page is
A client page is a private web page that shows the finished photos for one project. You send the agent one link. They open it on their phone, look through the photos, download them and press Approve.

Send one
- 01Open the project.
- 02Tick the finished photos you want to include.
- 03Choose the look: paper (light, prints well) or studio (dark).
- 04Add a PIN if you want one. A PIN is
4to24letters or digits. - 05Press Publish set, then copy the link.
What the agent sees
The photos, your name, and a download arrow on each one. A Download all button on a computer. Nothing else from your workspace is visible.
If you set a PIN, the page asks for it first.
When the agent approves
They press Approve. You get a note in the bell, and by email once emails are switched on.
Change the set
Tick different photos and press Republish set. The link stays the same.
Turn it off
Press Turn off link. The link stops working for everyone straight away. Publishing again makes a new link.
Turning off cannot be undone for that link. The photos stay in your project.
Who can do this
Owners, admins and editors can publish and turn off client pages. Viewers can look but not change. A client only ever sees the pages sent to them.
