Deleting your workspace

The owner can delete the workspace. It waits 14 days first, and you can cancel in that time.

Who can do it

Only the owner.

How it works

01Open Settings, then Workspace.
02Type the workspace name exactly as it is written. Capital letters count.
03Press Delete workspace.

The waiting period

Nothing is removed straight away. For 14 days the workspace is read-only. Everyone can still look at every project and photo, but nothing can be changed.

At the end of the 14 days the workspace and everything in it is removed.

Cancel

During the waiting period, the owner can press Cancel deletion on the same page. The workspace goes back to normal.

Two things do not come back: API keys and client links. They are turned off the moment deletion is requested, and stay off even if you cancel. Make new ones if you need them.

Before you delete

Download your data first. See Your data.
Any credits left in the wallet are lost with the workspace. Use them first.
If you only want to leave, ask the owner to hand the workspace to someone else instead. See Roles.
