1. 01Open Settings, then Workspace.
2. 02Press Download my data.
3. 03We prepare one file with your projects, photos, pins and history. An email with the link goes out when it is ready.

The link works for 7 days. You can ask once every 24 hours.

Owners and admins can do this. The page says if file storage is not set up on this deployment yet.

What is kept

• Your original photos and the finished, downloaded ones.
• Every pin, boundary and change, with who made it and when.
• Your credit history.

How long

Originals and finished photos are kept online for 12 months, the same as your credits.

Who can see it

Only the people in your workspace, according to their role. A client sees only the client pages sent to them. If you ask support for help with a project, a support person can look at it. Every look is recorded.

Client links

A client page is private. Anyone with the link can open it, and a PIN can be added. Turn a link off any time.

Leaving

Delete the workspace and everything in it is removed after 14 days. See Deleting your workspace.
