Roles
Owner, admin, editor, viewer and client. What each person can and cannot do.
Updated 3 Sept 2026
The five roles
- Owner. Everything. Only the owner can hand the workspace to someone else or delete it. There is one owner.
- Admin. Runs the workspace. Can invite people, change roles, buy credits, change the branding, and manage API keys.
- Editor. Does the work. Uploads photos, places pins, draws boundaries, downloads photos and sends client pages. Spends credits.
- Viewer. Looks, but does not change. Sees every project and photo. Cannot see the wallet or API keys. Cannot spend.
- Client. An agent you have sent a client page to. Sees only those pages. Nothing else.

Changing a role
Open Settings, then Team. Pick the new role next to the person and press Save. Only owners and admins can do this.
Ownership is never handed over by invite. The owner does that from Settings, then Workspace.
