Your first pinned photo

1. Type the address

Sign in and find New project on the right. Type the address of the property and press Create project. Pin the Lot finds the address on a map and puts a pin on it.

Check the pin sits on the right property. If it is off, drag it. Every label on every photo depends on this one pin.

2. Upload your photos

Drag your drone photos onto the project. Use the files straight from the drone, not copies saved out of an editing app. See What to upload.

Each photo already records where the drone was and which way the camera pointed. We read that while it uploads.

3. We place the pins

Open a photo. The nearby schools, parks, stations and beaches appear on it, each with a label and its distance. This preview is free.

If a photo does not have enough information to place the pins, the page says what is missing and stops. Nothing is guessed. Nothing is spent.

4. Check the pins

Look at each label. Drag a pin if it sits in the wrong spot. Hide a place you do not want. Star a place you always want shown. See Moving, hiding and starring a pin.

5. Download

Press Download pinned photo. A pinned photo costs 8 credits. The credits are only taken when the download works. Downloading the same photo again is free.

You start with 25 credits, so your first three photos cost nothing extra.
