Your credits last 12 months

Each batch of credits lasts 12 months from the day you get it. The oldest credits are used first.

The rule

Every batch of credits lasts 12 months from the day it lands in your wallet. That goes for packs, welcome credits and referral earnings alike.

When you spend credits, the batch that expires soonest is used first. Buying a new pack never shortens the older credits.

Open Settings, then Wallet. Each batch is listed with the date it expires and how many credits are left in it.

When a batch is close to expiring, a warning shows in the bell. That warning cannot be turned off.

Any credits left in a batch on its expiry date are removed. The wallet page lists that as a line in your history, so nothing disappears silently.

There is no monthly allowance and no monthly fee. Credits you do not use stay in your wallet until their date.

While a photo is being made, its credits are held. They come back if the photo fails. Held credits are shown separately from your available balance.
